RADIUS authentication logs (username, NAS IP, session duration)
TR-069 device parameters collected via CWMP
Subscriber connection metadata

Usage Data

Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the NetSight monitoring service
To authenticate users via RADIUS and manage subscriber sessions
To send alerts for network issues (ONU offline, low RX power, SLA breach)
To generate reports and analytics for your organization
To improve and optimize our platform

4. Data Retention

Network telemetry data is retained for 90 days by default. RADIUS accounting records are retained for 1 year. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), hashed passwords, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Network device credentials are encrypted at rest.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

With your MSO organization (if you are an LCO under their hierarchy)
With service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics)
