- Organization name and role (MSO/LCO/Technician)
- Billing and subscription details
Network Data
- OLT and ONU device telemetry (signal strength, uptime, status)
- RADIUS authentication logs (username, NAS IP, session duration)
- TR-069 device parameters collected via CWMP
- Subscriber connection metadata
Usage Data
- Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent
- Device and operating system information
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the NetSight monitoring service
- To authenticate users via RADIUS and manage subscriber sessions
- To send alerts for network issues (ONU offline, low RX power, SLA breach)
- To generate reports and analytics for your organization
- To improve and optimize our platform
- To communicate service updates and support responses
4. Data Retention
Network telemetry data is retained for 90 days by default. RADIUS accounting records are retained for 1 year. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), hashed passwords, role-based access control, and regular security audits. Network device credentials are encrypted at rest.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:
- With your MSO organization (if you are an LCO under their hierarchy)
- With service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics)
- When required by law or to protect our rights
