Broadband Service Providers
NetSight provides billing and account-management software for independent local cable operators (LCOs). Each operator supplies its own broadband services and collects payments for its invoices through its own payment-gateway account.
NetSight's platform policies are separate from each operator's broadband-service policies. The business named on your invoice identifies your service provider and payment recipient, and handles service, refund and cancellation requests.
1. Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your NetSight subscription and what happens after cancellation. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@netsight.in or via WhatsApp at +91 72062 32599 from your registered account. Please include your registered account details so we can verify and process the request.
3. Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals of your subscription.
- Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- After the current cycle ends, your plan will not renew and paid access will stop.
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
5. Data After Cancellation
After cancellation, your data is retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted. You may request an export or deletion of your data before it is removed by contacting support.
