Broadband Service Providers

NetSight provides billing and account-management software for independent local cable operators (LCOs). Each operator supplies its own broadband services and collects payments for its invoices through its own payment-gateway account.

NetSight's platform policies are separate from each operator's broadband-service policies. The business named on your invoice identifies your service provider and payment recipient, and handles service, refund and cancellation requests.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NetSight platform available at netsight.in and its related applications and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NetSight is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for FTTH network monitoring and ISP operations, including OLT/ONU monitoring, RADIUS/PPPoE authentication, TR-069 device management, subscriber billing, and related tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to Internet Service Providers and their operators.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription, Fees & Billing

  • The Service is offered under subscription plans billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; by paying, you also agree to the gateway's terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations, including TRAI/DoT rules.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected network devices.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Customer Data & Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to collect and process subscriber and network data through the Service. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by NetSight and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business operations during your subscription.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, messaging providers, mapping and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Service Availability & Support

We aim to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability. Support is provided via the channels listed in the Contact section.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetSight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in our Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
